So it occured to me over the holidays that we hang a string of family members that have picked up an interest in photography.  My dad was first and has been taking photos for ages…back when all we had was film.  He had taken a break as I started to get older then got back into photography after I started to pursue it more seriously.  I have been teaching him the digital side of the industry!  Now my niece has picked up the camera and is even majoring in Film in college.  She likes photography but wants to direct movies…Go Britt!  The photography bug has now bitten my brother and he received his first studio lighting kit for Christmas. However, with all the new and old photographers in the family, I still had to do the family portraits for my brother.  I don’t mind because this doesn’t feel like work and I was able to tutor him along the way.  My friend (7545 Photography) let me borrow his studio space while I was home for the holidays, so here are a few photos of the Baskin Family.
