Matt and Allie’s Navy and Blush Army Navy Country Club was a display of the kindest love story. Their friends, family and bridal party had to be some of the nicest individuals I have ever had the opportunity to work with! While Matt and Allie have sweet kindred soft spoken spirits, they had a pretty good idea of what they wanted in their wedding day! They commissioned Caroline Dutton to bring all of their details to life and not a beat was missed! It’s always an honor to work with new professionals that I know via social media.
Matt and Allie wrote their own vows and while I try and focus on photography during the wedding ceremony, it was hard not to get swept away in their love words. Allie’s grandfather was all tears and it was such a beautiful day for a couple that I simply adore!
Matt is a huge Washington Nationals fan, so to his surprise, Allie hired the Racing Presidents to join the start of the reception. Just as Matt was pretty to walk out to the photo booth, he was ordered to remain in the reception room! The presidents ran in and got the reception party started. Oh and they are huge!! But no tribute to the Washington Nationals is complete without custom cookies!
