They work together and were cordial.  Kyra found herself with a flat tire one day after work.  Prior to anyone else arriving for assistance, Raheem noticed her need and offered to change her tire.  She was reluctant and wanted to wait for maintenance but eventually gave in.  Who knew that soon after a work friendship would turn into dating. Now they are planning their wedding!

We met in D.C. at the Einstein Memorial because this is one of the memorials that is most intriguing to Kyra.  Thankfully the government shutdown has ended, so we didn’t have trouble taking photos in D.C.  The couple decided they wanted to take some photos in Old Town Alexandria as well, so we headed there prior to sunset.  It was a pretty overcast day and it drizzled a little during our session, but Kyra did not let it spoil her mood.  In fact, Raheem’s playful spirit kept Kyra laughing during the entire session.  It’s so awesome when a couple are truly happy together and that makes it easy to capture their love! How cute are these next photos! Raheem is a Hall of Fame Football player from William & Mary and Kyra is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University.  The decided to wear the other’s person’s Alma Mater for their second outfit!
