He’s her military guy and they are currently making a long distance relationship work while they’re in the middle of planning a wedding!!!  I met Ericka through her wedding planner- Natalie Seng of Designed Perfectly Events.  Ericka and I met one evening at Panera and my typical 45 minute meeting turned into 2 hours of learning about she and Tim, their relationship, the proposal and of course her wedding ideas.  Time passed and I didn’t even realize it because our conversation flowed so well and we connected!  One of the things I tell clients that I meet is to date their photographer!  The photographer is one of the wedding professionals (including the planner) that is around the couple for the entire wedding day.  I want my clients to feel comfortable with me so they can relax and truly enjoy their day!  I have that connection with Ericka, so when I met Tim during the engagement session our photography chemistry flowed so seamlessly!

What I enjoyed getting to know about them as a couple is that they enjoy all types of activities and Tim’s proposal happened during a hike that they were on.  Tim had it planned out to perfection, but Ericka almost ruined it because she was unaware of their planned pit stop and didn’t think they needed to stop so early into their hike!  Nevertheless, Tim had his moment and the two laugh about what exactly happened that day while they compare stories!
