A couple of weeks ago, I was blessed with an opportunity to share wedding photography knowledge with the brides ans guests that attended The Bridal Brunch hosted by Black Bride Magazine and planned by Elle Nicole Events!

First, I have to start with the decor….ah-maze-ing!!!! I am a sucker for fresh florals and Designs by Oochay killed it!!!!

The room was set like a wedding reception but also included a stage for the event speakers and panel and a runway for the fashion show…and let’s not forget the DJ!

I participated as a panelist with some other industry leaders such as Intrigue Designs, Cake Boss Chef Dana, Owner of Soliloquy Bridal– Miriam Liggett, Owner of Love Ink– C.K. Alexander, and Courtney Arrington-Baldwin and Donnell Baldwin of Mr. Baldwin Style.

We discussed current wedding topics and trends and each panelist was able to share their perspective based on their professional experience.

We discussed trends in the wedding industry such as how Pinterest can help or hurt your wedding, things brides need to consider if they are hoping to have their wedding featured by a bridal publication and current trends in the wedding industry. Brides left enlightened and inspired as they finalize their wedding plans.
