This morning I was able to enjoy the monuments in Washington, DC while taking photos for the Burt family.  We met at the Jefferson Memorial and although it was my first time there, it will definitely not be my last.  The view from the Jefferson Memorial to the Washington Monument and the MLK Jr. Memorial was beautiful!  The couple has an active toddler, who enjoyed all the open space to run around in and he would slow down occasionally so that I could grab a shot if I was fast enough.  Here are a few of my faves:
