I’m flattered that I am often asked to shoot important events for people but my schedule just doesn’t allow for me to accept every request.  It was getting harder and harder for me to say no, but I have a new business rule in place that if I have availability and you’re a previous client of Terri Baskin Photography then I will accept a certain number of events in a calendar year.  Jessica and her family are clients and when I was approached about capturing the baby shower for Jessica (there are two Jessica’s in the family!) I knew I had to do it because Aubree is going to be a special little addition to this already loving family.  Auntie Jessica pulled out all of the stops for her sister-in-laws’ shower from a custom cake, to custom games and decorations with ideas snagged from Etsy and Pinterest!  Everything was perfect down to the massive amounts of gifts that baby Aubree is starting off with.  I thought it was so cute that Aubree’s daddy (Rob) is worried about running out of diapers so the hostess held a diaper raffle.  Each guest that brought in a pack of diapers was entered into the raffle.  By the end of the day they had laundry baskets full of diapers!!!  Here are a few of my favorite images from Jessica’s big day!
