Wedding days can be so hectic for a couple and sometimes their only memory comes from their photos and videos.  For Jeremy and Lauren’s wedding, they decided to have a day-after photo session, so they could maximize their time with their guests that traveled to be with them on their day.

As a photographer, this is a very neat idea because it lessens the race that takes place between the ceremony and reception and allows the couple to relax and enjoy each other.  This type of session also allows the couple to capture scenery that they might otherwise not be able to capture during the wedding day because of time constraints or location.

Now, this isn’t a session that I would recommend to a client because as a photographer, we need to be able to work under any condition.  However, if I have a couple that is interested in this and willing to get dressed again, then I am all for it!  Here are a few photos from their day  Enjoy!
