I met Samantha when her and I worked for the same pharmaceutical company.  As the new kid on the block, she was one of the nicest people in my area. She coached me on a few career opportunities that I was pursuing with the company and was always positive.  She moved to be closer to her sweetie, so I knew her big day was coming soon!  After her and Aldo were engaged, Samantha contacted me about taking their engagement photos.  As luck would have it, the dates worked out and I was taking their engagement photos in Atlanta while I was there one weekend for a different wedding.

Samantha and Aldo met while Sam was returning from a vacation.  Aldo works for Delta airlines and they interacted during Sam’s stop in the airport.  They stayed in touch and grew closer and with Aldo’s airline perks, they have traveled the world, so it only made sense that this pair would have a destination wedding in Los Cabos, Mexico!  When Sam contacted me to ask about shooting the wedding, I was floored!  It’s an honor when someone thinks enough of me to want to bring me to the location of their wedding any time it’s outside of the DC/VA area!  I jumped at the opportunity and fortunately everything worked out and earlier this month I was on a plane to Los Cabos.

Their weekend started with a sunset boat ride to view the Arch of Los Cabos, followed by the wedding festivities the following day!  From start to finish, this was a great weekend and I love seeing how supportive all of Aldo and Samantha’s guests were the entire weekend.  Samantha had a bridal party that wanted to make sure her day was flawless!  I love that her MOH Janice asked me what they needed to do to ensure Sam got the best photos possible!?!?! Amazing!!!
