So, I was driving in the car today and this just came to me, I should start Thursday’s Tip.  When preparing brides for their wedding day, I usually give them suggestions on things that will make their wedding photography match what they’ve seen on my website.  Many times when brides are selecting their venue or other details for their wedding, they go with what they like the most and what fits into their budget.  I totally get that, so when we are talking I ask about venue areas along with a venue walk-thru for venues that I have not shot in before.  The other question I as if about their “Getting Ready” location because often times little to no thought has been put into this area at the time of planning.  I ask for them to consider a room with at least one window so that natural light can come into the room.  I love the anticipation that comes with this portion of the day and I want to ensure that it’s captured just as beautifully as the ceremony.  The photos below are from hotel rooms with awesome natural light coming from one window!
