This past weekend I was able to document Lisa and Dereck’s Piedmont Club Wedding during the midst of what could have been the wrath of Hurricane Matthew.  Luckily for them, Matthew turned west and we only saw rain for the first part of the day. Even better for them is that the rain stopped about 20 minutes before their ceremony and they were able to exchange their vows outdoors with views of the golf course!

I’m excited to blog this wedding soon because so much love, laughter and emotion was shared between the couple and their friends and family!

In the meantime, I am officially in the midst of the busiest part of my year with Fall weddings and new 2017 couples grabbing spots for their engagement sessions! 

Is is also my favorite time of year because the mornings are cool, the windows are open and something about the change of seasons is so magical to me!!
