When Leah contacted me regarding her wedding, she mentioned that she wanted to swap the engagement session for a Bridal Session.  You see, Leah has 3 sisters and she is the baby of the group and her mom has a bridal portrait of all 3 of her married daughters in her home, so she wanted to complete the set by adding a bridal portrait of Leah to her walls.

We met one evening a few weeks before the wedding at the same private residence where the wedding would be taking place.  I was able to see the areas of the ceremony and reception sites as well as a walk thru for her and Benjamin’s big day!

While bridal portraits may be more of a southern thing, I love any idea where the bride gets to feel beautiful and have beautiful portraits taken either before, during or after the wedding day.  Here are a few of my favorites from Leah’s session:
