On the wedding day there are so many last minute things running through a couples mind. The day goes by fast and I want to make their day stress free and enjoyable. To best prepare my couples for their “Best Day Ever” and for an amazing photography experience at the start of the day I have prepared a checklist with a few reminders of what to have in their suites. Below you will see a sample checklist for my couples:
BRIDAL SUITE REMINDERS:
_____ Please save a clean area near the largest window in the room for photos
_____ Please have your bridesmaids store personal belongings in one area
_____ Please have all 3 rings with you – they will be returned before the ceremony
_____ Please have all of your items together (shoes, jewelry, garter, veil, dress, invitation, and fragrance)
_____ Please have a pretty (non-plastic) hanger for your dress photos
_____ Please ask your bridesmaids to get dressed prior to you getting dressed. It makes for clean and beautiful photos
_____ Please ask your florist for loose flowers/stems if your bouquet will be delivered to your room. There shouldn’t be a charge for this.
GROOM PREP AREA REMINDERS:

_____ Please have all of your items together (shoes, watch, tie, suit, fragrance, etc.)
